Your apartment will be available at 14:00 so that we have had adequate time to clean and prepare the room for you.

When you enter your apartment (rooms 21-24 & 31-34) please put the key card into the appropriate socket so that you turn on the
power supply. Once you take out the card when you go out. the power supply is off although the fridge still works.

All rooms have an air conditioning system at no extra charge. You can operate the unit using the remote control in your room.

You may use free of charge the safe box that you will find into the closet of your apartment for all of your valuables, money, documents
etc

There is variety of Greek, English, German, French & Russian Satellite TV channels available.

There is free Wi-Fi internet access in all our apartments, reception and pool area (wireless) Wi-Fi code:

For internal access in the rooms from No 1- No 10 press 101, 102, 103 to 110. For internal access in the rooms from No 21-No 24 & from No 3 1-No 34 press 2 and the number of the room. For example: 221, 222, 231, 232 ete.

To set: Pick up the handset, press * 7601, the desired time and 0, (Example: 0800.0)
To switch alarm off: Pick up the handset. press * 7600

Pool cleaning follows all hygiene regulations according to Greek law.
Operating hours: 07:00 -15:00 & 17:00 – 20:00 Please respect the above hours as well as the hygiene regulations and resting hours as mentioned on the board at the pool area.
Diving, boisterous or rough play in the pool is not permitted for safety reasons. It is also important not to disturb swimmers or other guests.
Children should always be accompanied by their parents.
Swimming is prohibited after 20:00 for safety reasons. Due to hygiene safety reasons, please do not use the towels supplied in your apartment at the pool or the beach.

• We clean the apartments from 08:00- 15:00 every other day and change bed linen two times a week & towels three times a week extra charge.
• There is laundry & ironing service upon request with extra charge
• There are also baby cots available free of charge by request.
• Sunbeds and umbrellas in the pool are available for free of charge

In case of any comment or complaint you may have. please allow us the chance to deal and solve it for you.

Is served dailly from 08:00-1 1:00 at Pool bar “Helios” or at your room. There is the option of an “Early Breakfast” (before 08:00)

The Pool Bar “Helios” is opened from 10:00 – 20:00 to enjoy your available inside your apartment.

Should this however be inconvenient for you or should you wish to extend your stay, we may be able to rent you a room upon availability or day use with an extra charge.

Please make sure that you have returned the key of the room and the safe box key. Any loss of the keys you will be charged 50€ for each.
